Brief Introduction:The Leikeshi Nano Carbon Anti-Corrosion Composite Grounding Conductor is a dual-conductive composite grounding product consisting of hot-dip ···
Product introduction
The product is manufactured on a standardized automated production line with an annual production capacity exceeding 2.3 million meters. A complete range of specifications is available, including common sizes such as 4×25mm and 4×40mm nano-carbon anti-corrosion grounding flat steel, as well as 5×50×50mm nano-carbon anti-corrosion grounding angle steel. Different configurations can be selected according to grounding resistance design requirements and site geological conditions.
It is mainly used as a horizontal grounding conductor and grounding grid material in grounding systems, helping to reduce grounding resistance, improve current dissipation efficiency, and enhance the overall safety and reliability of the grounding system.
Advanced nano-carbon conductive anti-corrosion coating technology, forming a dense and uniform protective layer with excellent adhesion and long-term stability.
Volume resistivity at room temperature: ≤ 0.5 Ω·m.
Coating adhesion: Grade 1.
High current withstand capability: able to withstand a current impact of 30 kA for 2 seconds.
Excellent corrosion resistance:
No swelling, blistering, rusting, or peeling after 720 hours of immersion in 10% sodium chloride solution.
No swelling, blistering, rusting, or peeling after 720 hours of immersion in 10% sodium hydroxide solution.
Surface remains intact after 1,000 hours of neutral salt spray testing.
High strength, good toughness, moderate weight, and environmentally friendly; contains no heavy metals and causes zero environmental pollution.
Certified under international quality management systems and EU safety standards.
Special EPE inner packaging and high-quality carton outer packaging provide double protection, ensuring coating integrity during transportation.
The Leikeshi Nano Carbon Composite Grounding Conductor is designed for simple and efficient installation and is fully compatible with existing grounding systems and construction standards.
Can be directly connected to grounding down conductors by arc welding or hydraulic crimping without requiring specialized tools or additional worker training.
After welding, only the weld area and any damaged sections need to be cleaned and recoated with nano-carbon anti-corrosion paint to restore the complete protective layer.
For horizontal grounding applications, the nano-carbon composite grounding flat steel can be directly laid in excavated grounding trenches and backfilled in layers without requiring special backfill materials.
For vertical grounding electrode installations, the product can be driven directly into the ground using hydraulic equipment or installed in pre-drilled holes filled with grounding enhancement material.
Suitable for various complex terrains, including mountainous areas, marshlands, and deserts where construction machinery may have limited access. The product can be manually transported and installed, significantly improving construction efficiency, reducing project duration, and lowering overall installation costs.
Fully compatible with conventional grounding construction practices, providing a cost-effective and reliable solution for power, communication, railway, petrochemical, and industrial grounding projects.
