1. Why do we need to conduct precautionary tests
Electrical preparedness test is an important process in the operation and maintenance of power equipment, and it is one of the strategies to ensure the operation of power equipment. Its intention is to check whether the electrical equipment in the long-term work adhere to good condition, grasp the insulation of electrical equipment, in order to find the shortcomings of timely treatment. The preparedness test of electrical equipment plays a preventive role in preventing power failure and severe damage to equipment caused by breakdown of electrical equipment under the action of operating voltage or overvoltage. Qingdao Leikeshi Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. has learned that the basis is: the inspection, test or monitoring test of the equipment in accordance with the "Precautionary Test Procedures for Electric Equipment", relevant standards, specifications and planning data of the industry.
2. What is a preparedness test
Whether high voltage electrical equipment or live working appliances, they have their own insulation structure. These equipment and appliances should be operated by internal and external voltages much higher than the normal extra operation, because of the effect of overvoltage, the insulation structure will appear gaps, become shortcomings latent. On the other hand, along with the working process, the insulation itself will also appear heating and aging and decline. Preventive test is aimed at these opposites, in order to prevent the electrical equipment insulation function change in the work of the incident and formulated a whole system of insulation function diagnosis, detection methods and methods.
3. The need for precautionary tests
The need of the preparedness test of electrical equipment is to prevent the insulation of electrical equipment from being broken down and turned into a power outage during the work, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment. This is not only for the power equipment that has been put into work, but also for the new power equipment or equipment after overhaul, preparedness test is also very needed.
4. Detection cycle
According to the "Preparedness Test Regulations for Power Equipment", the testing cycle of each equipment in the distribution room is as follows:
1) High voltage electrical equipment preparedness test: 10KV indoor electrical equipment every 1-2 years test.
2) 10KV lightning arrester test once a year, general substation requirements in April 1 - November 30 during the work.
3) Test 0.4KV arrester once a year.
4) Power cable project: insulation resistance once a year.
5) Power transformer project: winding insulation resistance and absorption ratio every two years.
6) Insulation tools (insulation shoes, insulation gloves, high voltage test pen, high voltage insulation rod, etc.) should be tested every six months.
7) Current transformer and voltage transformer project: insulation resistance and ratio of windings are biennial.
8) Oil switch project: insulation resistance once a year.
9) Relay maintenance equipment project: 10KV biennial Note: The specific test project depends on the situation
